Subject of Possible Rule Making: Revisions to chapter 132M-110 WAC, Public records disclosure policy.

Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 28B.50.140(13), 42.56.040, 42.56.070, and 42.56.100.

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: Lower Columbia College is considering revising WAC 132M-110-060 so that the president designates the public records officer. Additional revisions may include updated contact information for the public records officer.

Other Federal and State Agencies that Regulate this Subject and the Process Coordinating the Rule with These Agencies: None.

Process for Developing New Rule: Agency study.
