Marysville's notice of intent contained an empirical parking study. Marysville's 30-day notice of intent was accepted by commerce on June 15, 2026, which requested the following:
| |
| o | Citification of an empirical study noting that parking limitations for middle housing will be significantly less safe for vehicle drivers or passengers, pedestrians, or bicyclists than if the jurisdiction's parking requirements were applied to the same location(s) for the same number of detached houses. |
