Standardizing the application fee for professional engineers, including structural applying for licensure.

Rules of professional conduct and practice.
Pending
Combining chapters 196-27A and 196-33 WAC into one chapter. The board is considering amendments regarding a licensee's obligation to employer and clients.

On-site wastewater treatment system designer licenses/inspector certificates of competency.
Pending
Combining WAC 196-33-200 and chapter 196-27A WAC into one chapter. Other sections of chapter 196-33 WAC may be combined with other chapters of Title 196 WAC.
