Statutory Authority for Adoption: Chapter 41.06 RCW.
Statute Being Implemented: RCW 41.06.150.
Summary: The modifications to chapters 251-30 and 356-60 WAC reflect changes made by SB 5156 in 2003.
Reasons Supporting Proposal: Bring the WACs up to date with current law.
