NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS
PIERCE COLLEGE
[Memorandum--December 22, 1997]
The board of trustees of Community College District Number Eleven will
hold their regular meetings on the second Wednesday of each month. These
meetings will be open to the public and advertise accordingly (RCW
42.30.075). The president shall file, with the code reviser, a schedule
of the time and place of such meetings on or before January of each year
for publication in the Washington State Register.

Please Note: Special meetings may be called at any time by the chairperson or a majority vote of the board. All special meetings will be publicly advertised at least twenty-four hours prior to being convened, and are open to the public. A lunch and study session will take place at 11:30 a.m. prior to each board meeting.
