Subject of Possible Rule Making: Chapter 352-32 WAC, Public use of state park areas.
Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: Chapter 43.51 RCW.
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: These rules need to be opened in order to make editorial changes, updates, and an overall clean-up review.
Other Federal and State Agencies that Regulate this Subject and the Process Coordinating the Rule with These Agencies: None.
Process for Developing New Rule: Agency study; and housekeeping.
Interested parties can participate in the decision to adopt the new rule and formulation of the proposed rule before publication. Public comment will be taken during the meeting of the Parks and Recreation Commission scheduled for December 5, in Seattle, Washington.
