Subject: Update RBRVS and vendor increase.

Effective Date: July 1, 1997.

Document description: Effective July 1, 1997, following procedures added for: Bundled supplies; lab panels; STAT; added-on procedures for anesthesia; and processing blood derivatives codes. Added and deleted procedure codes to bundled supplies. Simple repair codes not reimbursed separately with dermatology excision codes. Procedures for thermagrams, IPPB, cardiomyography assessment of cardio output are no longer medically appropriate and reimbursed. Annual mammogram screening for clients age forty and over.
