"May registered nurses, and licensed practical nurses under the supervision of registered nurses, use a physician-ordered sliding dosage scale for insulin injections, which may, also at the direction of the physician, require the input of parents for dosage adjustment throughout a given school day?"

2. "What types of parameters should be included when nursing practice guidelines and protocols for care are developed?"
