NEW SECTION
WAC 180-36-007 Central purchasing by school districts. Two or more
school districts, or a purchasing association formed by two or more
school districts, may centrally or collectively purchase real and
personal property, on such terms and conditions as the board of directors
or the association judge appropriate, so long as the districts or
association comply with state constitutional limitations on gifts
(Article 8, subsections 5 and 7).
